Roborock RockNeo Q110H Review
A Great Vacuum Brand Learning the Lawn
The Roborock RockNeo Q110H is a 1/4 acre robot mower with full band RTK and VSLAM navigation at $1,832.05. Owners of plain rectangular lawns are satisfied with the mowing, and more than one reports that the automatic mapping does not work and boundaries have to be driven manually.
The verdict
Roborock has spent years teaching machines to navigate living rooms, and the RockNeo Q110H brings that experience outdoors. Expectations are reasonably high as a result, and the owner reviews suggest the lawn is a harder problem than the living room.
Rated 4.0 stars from 64 ratings at $1,832.05, covering a quarter acre.
The mapping problem
Automatic mapping is the feature that separates expensive robot mowers from cheap ones, and two owners report it does not work here.
Daljit, writing on 13 June 2026, rated it three stars and is specific. AI auto mapping does not work, he says, so you have to create a lawn boundary manually, and doing that with the joystick in the mobile app is a frustrating process. His second point matters more. The mower does not recognize grass from non grass areas, so everything depends on the boundary you drew by hand.
Compare that with the Mammotion LUBA mini 2, where an owner reports driving the boundary once and getting accuracy within a couple of inches, or the MOVA LiDAX Ultra 1000, which maps automatically with LiDAR. Paying $1,832.05 and then drawing your lawn with a thumbstick is a poor trade.
What it does well
Mowing, once the boundary exists. DJAdams, on 22 June 2026, gives the most balanced account on the listing, under a title that captures it neatly: not amazing, but it does do what it is intended for. He has been running it a couple of weeks, finds it okay, and says it mows a simple lawn back and forth. He posted video.
Hardware specs back that up. Cutting width is 8.7 inches, wide for a quarter acre machine, and navigation pairs full band RTK with VSLAM camera positioning. Dual mapping modes mean two lawns can be stored, which the ANTHBOT M5 cannot do.
An owner called John calls it very impressive, and Christopher Archie titles his five star review around it just working, so plenty of owners are satisfied.
The returns
Alexander, on 18 October 2026, rated it two stars and is returning it. He describes spending a full afternoon swearing at it with nothing but a half cut lawn to show for the time. Fairly, he leaves two stars rather than one because he can understand how the mower would work for someone else.
Reading his review alongside Daljit and DJAdams, a clear pattern emerges. Plain lawns go well. Anything requiring the mower to work out where the grass is goes badly.
Coverage per dollar is the weak spot
Quarter acre coverage at $1,832.05 is the worst ratio in our ten. The Sunseeker X3 Plus covers 0.3 acres for $753.29 and the MOVA LiDAX Ultra 1000 covers a quarter acre for $999.00, both with LiDAR or vision navigation of their own.
What the extra money buys is a brand with a real engineering record and hardware that owners describe as solid. Whether that is worth roughly $800.00 over the MOVA is a judgment call, and the mapping complaints make it harder to justify.
A note on the spec sheet
Cutting height appears on the listing as a single figure of 3.1 inches with no range given, which is unusual and not much use to a buyer. We have recorded exactly what the listing says. Battery capacity, runtime and charge time are all absent, as they are on nine of our ten listings.
Who should buy it
Owners of a plain, open, roughly rectangular lawn under a quarter acre who want hardware from an established robotics company and do not mind drawing the boundary themselves.
Anyone paying for automatic mapping should buy the MOVA LiDAX Ultra 1000 instead, which maps with LiDAR for $833.00 less.

What stands out
- Full band RTK paired with VSLAM camera positioning
- 8.7 inches of cutting width, wide for a quarter acre machine
- Dual mapping modes, so two lawns can be stored
- Roborock has a long track record in robot navigation from vacuums
- Owners agree it mows a simple lawn reliably once it is set up
What to watch
- $1,832.05 for a quarter acre, the worst coverage per dollar in our ten
- Automatic mapping does not work per one owner, leaving manual joystick boundaries
- Does not tell grass from non grass, so the boundary is whatever you drew
- One owner spent an afternoon on it, got half a lawn cut and is returning it
- Only 64 ratings and a 4.0 average, the second weakest record here

Buy it if
Your lawn is a plain open rectangle under a quarter acre and you want hardware from a company with a long robot navigation record.
Skip it if
Your lawn has curves, beds or obstacles, or you are paying for the automatic mapping. Owners say the mapping is the part that does not deliver.
Questions people ask
Does the Roborock RockNeo Q110H map the lawn automatically?
Owners say not reliably. Daljit, on 13 June 2026, rated it three stars and reports the AI auto mapping does not work, so you have to create the lawn boundary manually with a joystick in the app, which he found frustrating. He adds that it does not recognize grass from non grass areas, so the mower trusts whatever boundary you drew.
Is it good at mowing?
On a simple lawn, yes. DJAdams, on 22 June 2026, titles his four star review around it not being amazing but doing what it is intended for, and describes it mowing a simple lawn back and forth.
How much lawn does it cover?
A quarter acre, roughly 10,900 sq ft, at $1,832.05. The Sunseeker X3 Plus covers 0.3 acres for $753.29, so you are paying a large premium for the brand and the hardware rather than for coverage.
What cutting height does it offer?
The listing gives a single figure of 3.1 inches rather than a range, which is unusual. We have recorded exactly what the listing says rather than assume a minimum.
Do people return it?
Some do. Alexander, on 18 October 2026, rated it two stars and says he is returning it after spending a full afternoon on setup with a half cut lawn to show for it, while allowing that he can see how it would work for others.
